A C-47 was assigned to the Minnesota Air Guard from 1946 until late in the 1950s. Flown from both the Twin Cities and Duluth, it was used to carry people, parts, and supplies.

Our C-47 was given to us by the FAA who used it to certify instrument approach equipment and procedures.
